Anger fades away easily, but dissapointment stays longer..

When you found out that your partner has cheated on you, what would you feel?

Angry? Sad? Frustrated? Dissapointed? Confused?

Most likely, it'd be the combination of everything plus a big question ..WHY???

then you could not sleep well for days, crying all the time, bury your head under the pillow and scream out loud, go out with friends trying to forget the problem but you feel like staring at his face everywhere, hide his pictures under the bed or even burn them all..and when every hatred has been released....

..time to forgive. There's always time to forgive, right? Sooner or later, we forgive...we need to. In order for us to move on, clear our head, and start a new page..without him. Some people need a day, a week, months..or even years to forgive. But eventually, people do forgive.

Time passes by, life goes back to normal. We thougth we had forgiven him, but the memory or him cheating on you still flashes once in a while. It's not the cheating part that hurts us the most. It's beyond that. It's the "why it happened" part that's unbearable. The fact that he cheats on you somehow reveals, that you are no longer the one and only, not a priority, not china in his hand that he holds gently afraid that he might break it into pieces, and that he is capable of hurting you and he DECIDED TO DO SO. even worse when you feel guilty and start to blame yourself for being uncapable of making him happy and feel that having you alone is enough.

We feel dissapointed, at him and at ourselves. And this stays longer.
